Research Interests:
Intracellular signalling in cell migration, and the link between the actin cytoskeleton network and membrane dynamics (such as endocytosis).

Technology:
  • Pulldown and Immunoprecipitation (and Western blotting) assays for studying protein-protein interactions
  • Confocal laser scanning microscopy and live cell imaging for protein localization studies
  • Migration and Adhesion assays to study protein functionalities
