Intracellular signalling in cell migration, and the link between the actin cytoskeleton network and membrane dynamics (such as endocytosis).
Technology:
- Pulldown and Immunoprecipitation (and Western blotting) assays for studying protein-protein interactions
- Confocal laser scanning microscopy and live cell imaging for protein localization studies
- Migration and Adhesion assays to study protein functionalities
